Home Services Account Manager
Hutch is a startup agency that does full-service digital marketing for home repair and renovation companies who provide services such as roofing, solar, pest control, landscaping, kitchen and bath remodeling.
Our Vision: We are going to be the premier marketing agency for mid- and large-sized home services companies across North America and Western Europe. We don’t want to be the biggest, or the loudest, or the most awarded. We just want to be the best. THE agency that the top companies all want to work with.
Why Now?: We have a few clients now but the founder/CEO is doing all the work with the help of contractors. It’s time we take the next step and bring on a full-time account manager to serve the clients that we’re signing.
We want to hire you if:
You are a top 1% media buyer on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
You provide 5-star customer service to your clients
You already have a ton of experience in the home services industry
Pay: We can pay $150,000 annual base salary with the potential to earn over $250K/year through our unique revenue-sharing program.
Benefits: Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement plan). Earn equity/ownership options after one year of service.
Location: This is a fully remote position and we expect your normal working hours to coincide with our North American clients’ work schedules.
Career Mobility: You’ll report to the founder/CEO of the company. You’ll be the first full-time employee and thus in a position to grow into a leadership role at the agency.
Exclusivity: We want to hire someone who is all-in on Hutch. Therefore an important part of our employment agreements is that we expect you to work exclusively with us. That means no moonlighting, side hustles, freelancing, Upwork/Fivrr, or anything else like that.
